At Wallah Skin LLC, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional, relaxing, and transformative skincare experience for every guest. To maintain the quality and consistency of our services, we kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to the following policies.
Booking & Deposits
- All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
- Deposits are applied to your total service cost and secure your appointment time.
- Same-day appointments are not accepted. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all bookings to ensure availability and proper preparation.
Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- Your deposit will be credited to your new appointment if rescheduled within this time frame.
- Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- All deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation.
- Failure to show up for your appointment or repeated last-minute changes may result in restricted future bookings.
- We respect your time—please respect ours by honoring your appointment or rescheduling in a timely manner.
Payments & Memberships
- We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital payments.
- Memberships auto-renew every 30 days unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Membership benefits and facial credits do not roll over and must be used within the 30-day period.
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Clients must notify Wallah Skin via email or text at least 7 days before renewal to cancel or update their membership.
- Corporate, Model, and Student memberships require valid proof of eligibility (work ID, agency verification, or student ID).
Spa Etiquette
- Please silence all phones and devices during your service to maintain a calm environment.
- Only the person receiving the service is allowed in the treatment area (unless prior arrangements have been approved).
- We encourage respectful communication with staff and other clients — Wallah Skin maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior.
Health & Safety
- Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or recent treatments before your service.
- For your safety, Wallah Skin reserves the right to adjust or decline services based on skin conditions or contraindications.
- All tools and equipment are sanitized and disinfected according to state regulations after every use.
- Masks or coverings may be required based on current health guidelines.
Content & Media
- Wallah Skin reserves the right to request before and after photos for documentation and marketing purposes.
- Photos will only be used with client consent and handled with professional discretion.
- Clients participating in model programs, influencer collaborations, or brand partnerships must agree to media release terms.
Gift Cards & Promotions
